The Jobe women's neoprene jacket is made from the softest and most comfortable neoprene available. This jacket features a YKK zipper at the front, robust YKK buckles, and adjustable straps. The soft PVC foam sets a new standard in the industry and makes this ISO 50N certified jacket super soft, flexible, and comfortable. An emergency cord can be attached to the D-ring at the front of the jacket.
