Zoggs Children's diving stick

This new product develops the child's skills in and under the water through fun and competition. It is essential that the child is already familiar with swimming, diving, and immersion.

Instructions for use:

A floating training stick designed to teach the appropriate arm technique for crawl/freestyle.

It helps to adopt the correct hydrodynamic position by improving coordination. It can also be used for relay races or recovery games.

How to use the Swim Stroke training stick from Zoggs:

1. Start with the stick in both hands and arms extended forward, then swim.

2. Hold the stick with your left hand and perform the movement by rotating your right arm until you have both hands on the stick again.

3. Hold the stick with your right hand and perform the movement by rotating your left arm until you have both hands holding the stick again.

4. Proceed this way by alternating each side so that the stick is always held with one hand.
