The dive torch Seac Sub R3 FX is mainly designed for freediving activities, its compactness, light weight, and power make it versatile and usable in underwater environments with poor visibility or in tropical seas. The battery life is 2 hours at maximum power, but it can last up to 8 hours if used at reduced power. Weighing only 255 g and measuring 140 mm in length and 42 mm in diameter, it is compact and easy to handle, perfect for travel; it can be attached to the rings of a wetsuit, stored in a pocket, or worn on the wrist with the included strap. Thanks to its 5 Watt LED, it can generate a light output of up to 400 Lumens. The neutral white light (7000 K), similar to sunlight, brings out the colors in the underwater environment. The internal Li-Ion 18650 battery is easily rechargeable via an included external battery charger with Micro-USB. To prevent flooding, two innovative features have been introduced: the electromagnetic pulse ignition switch contained in a separate compartment from the housing, and a 3-point radial seal that replaces traditional O-rings.
