The Powerslide TRINITY Pitch Control includes 4 small blocks and two larger plastic blocks. The smaller ones are used at the front under the sole of your foot between the boot and the frame, and the larger ones under your heel at the back. If you want to avoid shin problems, you can simply place the Pitch Control under the sole of your foot. For a more forward tilt, place the Pitch Control under your heel. Make sure the block doesn't move when you tighten the screws.
